Bob Glas, one of TrN's founders, was the pioneer in tracking product conditions at the retail store level. TracNologies management knows the grocery industry and is working with the trade to bring Audit-Plus and other unique tool sets to help focus the retail efforts of it clients improving both their top and bottom lines.

Bob Glas, CEO/Founder, with 12 years in grocery and originator of the first retail auditing system in the US, was the CEO/Founder of a technical services start-up specializing in hosted Internet based data warehousing. He has 20 years software design experience and was the CTO for several national corporations.
Thomas Willet, CTO/Founder, during the last three years, served as co-founder and CTO of a start up technical services company. He has over 20 years of executive management experience in business systems application development with 11 years in grocery.
Cynthia Weifenbach, Vice President, Sales and Marketing, has 22 years in retail sales, marketing and advertising experience in the grocery, drug, entertainment, and other major retail venues. She currently serves as a Board Member for the Illuminators (a food industry organization supporting the Western Association of Food Chains) and the Food Industries Sales Manager Club of Los Angeles as well as actively supporting several other community organizations.
